One of the many firsts!

This is our first Christmas being married and doing the whole decorating thing. I decided to attempt making our ornaments to try and save a little money and maybe start a tradition. These ornaments are made from apple sauce and a LOT of cinnamon. They smell delicious! Wasn't the easiest thing but after we were all done I was very pleased with how they turned out!

I am proud of our little tree and can't wait to spend our first Christmas together!

The final product

OUR NEW ADDITION!

Over a month ago we decided to expand our little family and get a dog! We've always wanted one but just felt too bad keeping it cooped up in our apartment so we said we would once we got a house. Well that didn't last very long! The hygienest at my office came back from lunch with a little puppy and i was able to it watch the last half of work and loved him. I would send Issac pictures and tell him how cute he was and all Issac said was" He's so cute, the answer is NO!"
Issac had to come pick me up from work and he played with the puppy and I knew he would fall in love! My plan was working! We talked about it that night and thought it would be fun but just not right now. The next day we ended up looking at KSL all day and found one in logan and thought why not go see it and then we can stop by my friend Cambria and see her new baby. We made the trip and ended up he just wasn't what we were looking for so the next day we looked again and found one and the lady lived almost down the street from us. We went and saw them and fell in love with one little guy! We went and got the money and he was ours!
I am proud to introduce Taz!!

Look at those chicken legs!

Cowboys and Indians!

I know I'm way behind so please forgive me! For Halloween Issac was a cowboy and I an Indian. On Friday Issac's friends from High school had a party. We had the usual chili, made haunted ginger bread houses and then played games. Our house didn't win. It was a lot of fun and always nice to get together with everyone.

Saturday we had Haley, Christian, Rob and Bianca over for more home made chili and some football! After the game we carved pumpkins, ours was an attempt of Bart Simpson, didn't exactly accomplish that. We didn't have any trick or treaters so that left all the candy for us, no complaints here! Over all we had a great weekend with friends and had fun dressing up.
